GLOWMOTH

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

This policy explains what information is handled when you play Kitty Baskets: Cat Sort Puzzle (the "game"), an Android game made by GlowMoth Studios ("we", "us"). It also applies to any other game from GlowMoth Studios that links to this page.

In short: the game has no accounts and we don't run any servers, so we don't collect your personal information ourselves. Your progress is saved only on your device. The game shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google collects some device information to show and measure those ads, as described below. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress and settings (levels reached, treats, cats and items you own, sound and language choices, and so on) are saved in the game's own storage on your device. This information is not sent to us or to anyone else. It is deleted if you clear the game's data or uninstall it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited. To show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's advertising software in the game may collect and process information such as:

Depending on your choices and where you live, Google may use this information to show you personalised (interest-based) ads, or only non-personalised ads. Google and its advertising partners handle this information under their own privacy policies. You can learn more in How Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Your choices about ads

4. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases in the game are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google lets the game know which items you have bought so they can be delivered to you. Google Play's handling of your information is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Permissions

The game uses an internet connection (for ads and purchases) and the advertising ID permission added by Google's advertising software. It does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

6. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us and we will help to address it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or state privacy laws in the United States), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or limit the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because we don't hold personal information about you ourselves, most requests are best handled through the in-game Privacy choices and your device's ad settings, or directly with Google. You can also contact us and we will help. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security and retention

We don't keep any of your personal information on our own systems. Information collected by Google is kept and protected according to Google's policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when a game gets new features. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will also be mentioned in the game's update notes.
